Aeroflot launches regular direct flight Kazan – Frankfurt

The cost of economy class tickets for a round-trip totals to 25,000 rubles, in business class – 60,000 rubles.

Today, regular direct flight Kazan - Frankfurt – Kazan has become available for passengers. Aeroflot has conducted the first flight at 9.45 am.
Information about launching the direct flights between the capital of Tatarstan and the largest city in the state of Hesse has become known in mid-May.

Flights will be operated with 150-seat Airbus A320 aircraft twice a week. The cost of tickets in economy class is 25,000 rubles for a round-trip and 60,000 rubles in business class.
Aeroflot passengers may take advantage of the Rail & Fly program conducted by the carrier and the railways of Germany. Rail transportation cost may be included in the ticket price - 40 euros for economy class and no additional cost for business class.

The opening of regular flights was attended by Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Transport and Roads Andrey Egorov, Deputy Director of Aeroflot’s sales department Dmitry Trofimov.

Andrei Yegorov said that direct regular flights launching was a result of joint work of the Tatartsan Government, Aeroflot and the Kazan airport. According to him, it will give impetus to the development of economic relations between Tatarstan, Russia and Germany. "Europe will become more accessible and Germany – closer," the deputy minister said.

Ticket sales started three weeks ago. Thus, 3 passengers will fly in business class, 73- in economy class at today's first flight to Frankfurt.
