Board of Directors Meeting Was Held at the JSC "TANECO"

      The meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC "TANECO" chaired by Nail Maganov, Director General of JSC TATNEFT, was held in Nizhnekamsk (Tatarstan) on December 26.

      The Board of Directors reviewed the issues of fulfilling the production plan in November 2013. During this period the Company processed 710,458 tons of crude oil and shipped 740,944 tons of petroleum products. The refining depth amounted to 73.63 percent with the yield of light petroleum products amounting to 48.66 percent.

      The Board of Directors reviewed and approved a report on the revenues and expenses budget during November 2013 and approved the technical, economic and financial performance figures, as well as operational plans and budgets of the Company for the first quarter of 2014. The Board of Directors also discussed a number of other issues during the meeting.
