The Ministry considered the feasibility of transfer of vehicles to natural gas

In theMinistry of Transport and Roads of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting, which reviewed the feasibility of natural gas - methane as fuel.
Opening the meeting, the Minister of Transport and Roads Lenar Safin said that so far in the country has all the prerequisites for the development of gasification of vehicles. Basically completed stage of the legal training issues related to the increased use of natural and liquefied gas as a vehicle fuel. The next step is to embark on the following objectives: to convert vehicles to operate using gas as fuel, to create a network of specialized facilities for repair and condition monitoring gazifikatsirovannyh cars and gas equipment. Moreover, the minister said, for those businesses that will move to the use of gas fuel, will be entitled to tax preferences. This was confirmed to attend meetings of the Head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Safiullin, adding that the country prepare appropriate legislation.
