TATNEFT's Inventions Are among the Best in the Republic of Tatarstan

The engineering designs of TATNEFT Company won awards and prizes of "The best invention of the Republic of Tatarstan" contest.

The results of the Republican contest were summed up by the Academy of Sciences, Ministry of Education and the Society of Inventors and Innovators of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The first prize in the category "Oil production" was awarded for a number of inventions "A method for welding of large-sized metallic shells" (RF patent No. 2492038), "A method of manufacturing an eccentric adaptor between the pipes" (RF patent No. 2492016), "A method of bending a metal tube" (RF patent No. 2486982).

The second prize was awarded for the invention "A method of separating and controlling development of reserves drained through a horizontal well and a device for its implementation" (RF patent No. 2488686).

The third prize was awarded for a number of inventions "A method for determining oil-saturated formations" (RF patent No. 2487239), "A method of an oil deposit development" (RF patent No. 2493362), "A method of developing an oil deposit  with thermal flooding" (RF patent No. 2494237).
