Reconstruction of the road began in 2012 in the framework of the federal target program "Development of transport system of Russia for 2010-2020". The road is designed according to the standards of the road IV technical category. The road covered with asphalt, is 4,577 kilometers. It gives an output of the village on the road Serdebash regional significance. The village Serdebash now live 298 people.
