Results of the Resource Conservation Program Implementation at JSC TATNEFT in 2013

      The third year results of implementing the targeted JSC TATNEFT's resource conservation program were summed up. 594 activities were implemented during the reporting period with 232 of them aimed at electric energy saving.

      Implementation of the resource saving activities in 2013 accounted for saving 55,675 tons of reference fuel, which is 7.9 percent higher than for the same period in 2012.

      The most efficient areas of savings included: oil and gas treatment (27.6%), power (25.9%), transport (14.3%), technology of oil and gas production (14.6%), geology and development of oil fields and enhanced oil recovery (8.6%).

      All the Oil and Gas Production Boards of JSC TATNEFT fulfilled the planned target of the energy saving program and provided for savings of fuel and energy resources in the amount of 39,678 tons of reference fuel.

      Significant results were achieved by NGDU "Elkhovneft", NGDU "Almetyevneft" and NGDU "Yamashneft".
