Retail Distribution Companies of TATNEFT Introduce Business Modeling Systems

Business modeling systems are being introduced In "Tatneft-AZS Center" and "Tatneft-AZS West".
A task of creating organizational and methodological basis for development of the process management system, as well as increasing the automation level of key business processes and personnel training in the field of the process management, has been set as part of the project to improve the Company's retail distribution network management. Works are carried out jointly with ZAO "IT" company, which has successful experience in implementing similar projects.
The first phase has encompassed staff training in business modeling in two regional business units, as well as development of the business modeling system basis and methodical documentation describing major business processes of "Tatneft-AZS Center" and "Tatneft-AZS West" "as they are" and introducing of the business modeling system based on ARIS tools.
The next phase will include re-engineering and automating of the company's retail distribution chain operation, including stages of describing the key business processes of regional branches "as should be," the target organizational structure generic model development, as well as suggestions and recommendations for the existing automation systems improvement. Implementation of the project will allow increasing the efficiency of the retail sales activity and optimizing business management of The Company's subsidiaries.
