Regional Business Aviation Forum in Kazan have been declared a Project of the Year in Russian Business Aviation
The III Wings of Business Award Ceremony took place in Moscow on 22 February 2019. The Award is meant to give prominence to the highest achievements in Russian business aviation. Wings of Business is the largest event in the industry attended by up to 200 guests coming from Russia and abroad.
Tulpar Air Ltd. was declared winner in the nomination “Business aviation operator (Helicopters)”. Sergey Trifonov, General Director of Tulpar Air Ltd: “We are nominated for the Wings of Business Award three years in a row. This year the total participation was enlarged, so our prize certainly proves high-quality of our services and expertise of our team”.
Regional Business Aviation Forum, which took place on 9-10 August 2018 in Kazan, was declared a “Project of the Year in Business Aviation of Russia”. This forum had been organized by Russian United Business Aviation Association (RUBAA), Tulpar Group of Companies and Kazan International Airport with the support of the Ministry of Transport and Road of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan.
There were two major events at the forum: conference and business aircraft exhibition. The conference was hosted by Tulpar Technic Ltd. in its hangar. The conference discussed the current state of the Russian business aviation market, the industry trends and the impact of sanctions thereon, business jet maintenance and Kazan International Airport development programme. More than 400 delegates took part in the conference and also visited the exhibition, which had run for two days at the Terminal-2 of Kazan International Airport. 11 aircraft, both Russian and foreign, had gone on exhibit, including Bombardier Business Aircraft, Gulfstream, Airbus Helicopters, Leonardo, HondaJet, Pilatus, Kazan Helicopter Plant, Robinson, Aircraft Industries (UGMK-Holding).
The signing of aircraft sale contracts and cooperation agreements, together with numerous requests for hosting regional forum 2020 in Kazan have confirmed the succes of the Forum 2018.
