As of 27 February 2621 in Tatarstan issued approval to operate passenger and baggage passenger cab.
Permits shall be issued free of charge through the day right after the completed application and copies of the required documents. The country on zonal principle open 11 centers for the receipt and permits.
It is now manufactured in 2690 permits.
